Digital Caricature Process

Get A Quote

Fill out the form, phone 416.488.6820 or email ben@crazyben.com to request a price quote. Please provide as much detail as you can about your event, and I’ll get back to you with a customized quote.

Confirm The Booking

When the booking is made, an invoice is prepared outlining the agreed upon terms for the event. A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking – payment by E-transfer or cheque.

Event Day

I’ll travel to your event location with all the necessary equipment. During the event, live digital caricatures will be created for your guests, and every guest will receive an instant print of the caricature to take home.

Post Event Day

After the event, all the digital caricatures are available to download on our website.

FAQs About Digital Caricatures

We need the client to provide a few simple things:

  • A small table that can fit an HD display & photo printer
  • At least 2 chairs
  • An electrical outlet within 10 feet of the set-up location

We need about 4’x4’ to set up two chairs and a small table. 

A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking - payment by E-transfer or cheque

After the deposit is paid a revised invoice is emailed to you - with the balance due at the event

We accept E-transfer or Cheque.

Definitely! Event bookings with longer hours will receive lower rates. Please email me with your required hours, and I'll get back to you with a customized quote.

There is a 2 Hour Minimum for events within the GTA

There is a 3 Hour Minimum for events beyond the GTA

I have more than 20 years experience in creating caricatures

Full colour digital caricatures created in 5 minutes per person - 10 to 12 people per hour
Black and white digital drawings, with no colouring - 15 to 20 people per hour

We provide a 4”x6” glossy print of each guest’s caricature, including the client’s logo if required.

After the event, all the digital caricatures are available to download on our website.
