A digital drawing tablet and pen is used to create full colour caricatures of trade show attendees in 5 minutes.

Attention is quickly brought to your booth as the digital caricatures are created and broadcast to a flat-screen monitor. Show attendees fill your booth throughout the day – providing your sales staff with the opportunity to start a conversation with prospective clients.

In addition, your company logo/branding message is printed at the bottom portion of each caricature, then placed in a badge holder with lanyard for your prospect to wear. Your booth visitor now has a personalized memento but more importantly they are promoting your company on the trade show floor.

When the prospect brings their drawing home your branding message is there as well – making each drawing a very smart marketing tool!

Your company brand is promoted even further when the prospect downloads their digital caricature and shares it by email or through a variety of social media.

Digital Caricature is a unique way for your company to gain greater exposure and face time with each prospect that visits your booth at any trade show!

Full colour digital caricatures created in 5 minutes per person - 10 people per hour
Black and white digital drawings, with no colouring - 20 people per hour
Company logo on every 4x6” colour printout

Live digital drawing attracts attendees to your booth

Setup is mobile and the equipment takes very little booth space
Digital drawings are made available for download after the event

Event Pricing
The price ranges from $160 - $200 per hour, plus HST

Event bookings with longer hours receive lower rates

There is a minimum event booking time of 2 hours

Lanyards and badge holders are added to the hourly rate

Custom backgrounds can be created for an additional fee


Travel costs apply to event bookings beyond the GTA

Booking an Event

Include the date of your event, number of hours, start time, and any questions you may have

A price quote and answers to your questions will be emailed to you

When the booking is made, an invoice is prepared outlining the agreed upon terms for the event

A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking - payment by E-transfer or cheque

After the deposit is paid a revised invoice is emailed to you - with the balance due at the event
